  1. Take a bowl or basin sieve the atta,salt.Add water n make a dough.Add 3 tbsp oilto the dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for 15mins then make balls.Now roll the balls.
  3. Apply oil on the rolled chapati n fold into a square.
  4. Then roll into a square chapati.
  5. Put the pan on moderate heat.Once its hot put ur chapati on let it cook.Flip to the other side let it cook then put ghee n one side.
  6. Flip n remove from the pan.Serve hot with tea,butter,mala n pickles of your choice.
