  2. It's 2 large of baking potatos.
  3. It's 3 large of carrotts.
  4. You need 3 tbsp of plain flour.

  6. It's 1/2 pints of milk.
  7. You need 1 of stuffin mix.
  8. Prepare 1 pinch of sesame seeds.
  9. You need 1 of gravy granuals or chicken granuals.
  10. It's 1 of sunflower oil.
  11. Prepare 1 large of free range egg.
  12. Prepare 2 pinch of dill, thyme, basil, sugar, parsley, salt, pepper, corriander & oregano.

  1. pre heat oven gas mark 6 for 10 minutes. place chicken on baking tray adding a little oil & sprinkle all the herbs ( except corriander) over the chicken. once oven hot pop your chicken in for 2.5 hours (depending on size)..
  2. peel carrotts & potatos, then cut into cubes, place in bowl of cold water for 5 minutes..
  3. carrotts: place in pan with water, add the sugar & corriander. leave & cook later.
  4. potato: once your chicken has been in for 1 hour pre heat baking tray with a generous amount of oil in. once hot put your potatos in, add pinch salt & pepper. put in oven gas mark 6 for 1.5hours. make sure to keep turning at least every 20 mins as they are baked not roasted. dont let them crisp!!.
  5. yorkshire puds: in a bowl add the flour, create a hole & drop the egg in, stir, add the water, re-stir & then while stiring pour in the milk. once mixed place in the fridge for 30 mins..
  6. on a medium heat, start your carrotts. these will take 30 mins..
  7. stuffing: add hot water & the sesame seeds & put in oven for 18 mins (medium) 25 mins (crispy).
  8. ok once stuffin done take out. now, add little lard to your tray (for puddings) pre heat make sure hot then add the yorkshire pudding mix. pop in oven for 30 mins..
  9. once done remove carrotts, add little butter & mash..
  10. your potato will be done. remove & cover with foil. take out chicken & rest for 5 minutes, then carve up..
  11. add hot water & make your gravy. the yorkshire buddings should be golden. take out plate up & enjoy!!.
