- Wash Millet well and soak for 10 mins. Chop the vegetables and set aside. Chop garlic, ginger and onions.
- In a non stick pan heat oil and fry garlic, ginger and green chillies for a minute. Add onions and vegetables.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder and stir fry for two minutes. Add salt and stir.
- Add water and cover to cook.
