  19. You need 1 of large onion cut into roundels and separated.
  20. You need 2-3 of spring onion greens chopped.
  21. You need to taste of Salt.
  22. Prepare 1 tsp of coarsely crushed black pepper.
  23. You need 3 tsp of spring onion greens finely chopped.

Veg Chilli Momos step by step

  9. Add 1/4 cup water, cornflour slurry, salt and soya sauce and spring onion greens. Stir for 1 min and set aside.
  10. Plate and enjoy a fusion food.
