  1. Firstly,in a large bowl soak poha till they turn soft and easy to break..
  2. Take a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil,add mustard & curry leaves..
  3. Further add chopped onion,capsicum and green chilli. Saute it..
  4. Further add turmeric powder and saute well..
  5. Add tomato and salt,saute well..
  6. Add in soaked poha and mixed gently until everything is combined well..
