Fragrant basmati rice sauteed with carrots, onions, fresh ginger, peanuts, and cilantro. Combine rice and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover with lid, and allow to steam until tender.

- Parboiled the rice for 30mins,sieve out the water and serve..
- Shred the cabbage,cucumber and carrot in cubes..
- Chicken: steam your chicken with your spices eg:spicity for your seasoning,royco,onga,onions etc..
- Stew: Add your groundnut oil,onions,your boiled blended tomatoes,pepper,oshombo,and tatashi,add your seasoning and chicken,allow to boil for 10 to 15mins. Ready for serving..
