Prawn Stir Fry step by step
- First soak the dried mushrooms in the boiling water along with the chicken stock cube for 30 minutes..
- Drain the mushrooms but reserve the liquid to be used..
- Heat the oil in a wok on a medium heat..
- Add the onion and bay leaf when heated and fry for 2 minutes or until softened..
- Add the garlic along with 4 tablespoon of the mushroom liquid and fry for a further 1-2 minutes..
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute..
- Next add the corn and peas and fry for 2 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of the mushroom liquid..
- Reduce liquid by cooking for a few minutes then add the prawns, pepper and stalks. Fry for 1 minute, then add 1 tablespoon of the liquid..

- Cook for a further 2-3 minutes..
- Add the tat soi leaves and along with 1 tablespoon of liquid and fry for 1-2 minutes..
