Ingredients of Vegetarian Lasagna

  1. You need 2 tbsp of Olive Oil.
  2. Prepare 1 of Onion.
  3. It's 2 clove of Garlic.
  4. It's 2 of Aubergines.

In a small bowl, mix egg and ricotta cheese. Top with remaining ricotta mixture, noodles and vegetable mixture.
