Ingredients of Vegetable Lasagna
- Prepare 3 of pasta/lasagna sheets.
- You need 1 of onion chopped.
- Prepare 5-6 of garlic finely chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped French beans.

- It's 1/4 cup of sweet corn.
- It's 1 cup of spinach.

- It's 1 cup of White/cheese sauce.
- Prepare 1 cup of pizza sauce.
- Prepare 1 cup of processed cheese (grated).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese (grated).
Sprinkle with cheeses and Italian seasoning. To assemble, spread a little of the vegetable/tomato sauce in a lasagna pan. Layer four cooked noodles in the pan, slightly overlapping them if necessary. Top the ricotta mixture with mozzarella slices.

- Heat up some oil in a pan & add garlic, chilli flakes & oregano to this. Sauté for few minutes..
- Add all other chopped vegetables & add some salt to let them cook faster. Also add black pepper powder. Mix well & saute for few minutes. Keep it aside..
- Now preapare white sauce by adding plain flour, butter & 1 cup milk to a pan & heating it till the sauce becomes thick. You can add cheese into this sauce as well..
- Preapare red sauce by taking half cup pizza sauce & adding some water to it for a good consistency..
- Now start assembling the lasagna in a baking dish..
- First place a lasagna sheet. Spread white & red sauce over it & then make a layer of veggies. Top it with grated cheese..
- Repeat this step twitor thrice to make layers of lasagna. Top it with some mozzarella cheese along with some processed cheese..
