- Take a karahi.put ghee in it.and add ginger chopped in small pieces..

- Then add fresh malai in it and mix it..
- Its a smooth paste now.Then add cheese cut into pieces.
- Add water to make gravy smooth..
- Now add dry mint leaves in it.
- Cook it but not more than 2 min. Its ready to serve.
Cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge to marinate for a few hours. Bring the paneer back to room temperature.
